Essential Duties And Job Responsibilities
- Owns the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Designs and enforces M365 governance, security, and lifecycle management standards.
- Engineers' scalable solutions for email, collaboration, document management, and digital workflows.
- Designs, implements, and documents IT policies and procedures for workplace technology solutions.
- Monitors incident trends, conducts root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions.
- Acts as a solution architect translating business requirements into technical designs.
- Evaluates emerging workplace technologies to improve productivity and resilience.
- Partners with IT Security to ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
- Implements security controls such as conditional access, DLP alignment, and secure collaboration.
- Supports audits and examinations with technical documentation and evidence.
- Assists with various IT projects as assigned.
- Provide support to internal staff for IT issues.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
