Duties
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces.
- Use hand tools and cleaning equipment to perform detailed cleaning tasks, including duct cleaning and floor buffing.
- Apply proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy equipment or materials to prevent injury.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and respirators.
- Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions, ensuring high-quality results regardless of environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the use of fire extinguishers when necessary, to maintain a secure work site.
- Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service by explaining services and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with outdoor or industrial cleaning is preferred; familiarity with pressure washing is essential.
- Ability to safely use ladders for elevated cleaning tasks.
- Comfortable working with hand tools, heavy lifting, and manual handling activities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to industrial cleaning operations and PPE usage.
- Experience with duct cleaning or floor buffing is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
