What you’ll do

• Partner with AEs to understand customer challenges and design solutions

• Deliver demos and support Proof of Value engagements

• Translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes

• Support pre-sales activities including security reviews and solution scoping

• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering

• Contribute to internal enablement materials and playbooks


What you’ll bring

• 2 years as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role

• Strong interest in moving into a customer-facing pre-sales position

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tooling, GitHub Actions, Command Line, Pull Requests

• Curiosity, strong communication skills, and desire to grow
