Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival
- Ensure patient forms are completed and up to date
- Assist with front desk administrative duties
- Travel between our Concord and San Leandro offices as needed
- Strong background in customer service (required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the dental field
- Reliable transportation to travel between practice locations
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
