Oral Surgery and Implant Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing team for our locations in San Leandro and Concord. We are a one-provider practice focused on delivering exceptional care in a supportive and professional environment.

Oral Surgery and Implant Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing team for our locations in San Leandro and Concord. We are a one-provider practice focused on delivering exceptional care in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting for surgical procedures including extractions, implants, and bone grafting
- Assisting with procedures under local and general anesthesia
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment areas
- Providing pre- and post-operative care instructions to patients
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the provider and team to ensure efficient and high-quality care
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IV sedation/general anesthesia protocols preferred
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong communication skills
- Dental assisting students are encouraged to apply!
- Willing to train the right candidate
- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends
