Patient Care Coordinator
Oral Surgery Center, S.C. is seeking a professional, motivated, and compassionate individual to join our specialty practice as a Patient Care Coordinator.
Qualified candidates should have a min. of 2 years of experience in the dental or medical field, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal applicant will be highly organized and detailed oriented. Above all, we are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing every patient with the highest level of care and exceptional service.
Individuals who enjoy working as a part of a dedicated and caring team will find themselves at home in our practice.
Position Duties include:
- Checking in patients
- Collecting and verifying insurance
- Presenting treatment plans
- Discussing payment options
- Submitting predeterminations
- Submitting claims
- Answering phones
- Collecting/entering patient payments
- Filing of patient charts
- Scanning of patient documents
- Organizing patient referrals

This is a 5 day per week, Monday through Friday position. Office hours are Mon-Thurs 7:45am-5pm and Fridays 7:45am-2pm
