What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sterile Processing Technician position at Oral Surgery Associates?

The sterilization tech position is responsible for ensuring that all supplies, instruments, and equipment are properly inventoried, decontaminated, assembled, inspected, packaged, sterilized, stored, distributed and tracked in a quality/timely manner throughout the office, while maintaining a clean organized environment according to OSHA standards; Works independently with limited supervision; cross training with patient care.
Working Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm - Monday - Thursday and 7:30am - 3:00pm on Friday's.
About the Practice: We are a full scope oral surgery office with four oral surgeons who are all board certified with dual-degrees.
