Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
- Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the surgeon for consults and surgical procedures
- Assist surgeon during procedures and consults
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Qualifications
- Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB) is preferred, however will train the right person
- Previous experience as a dental assistant is required
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
- X-ray certified is strongly preferred
Salary : $21 - $23
