Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cisco Voice / Unified Communications Engineer to support and manage enterprise-grade voice infrastructure. - Administer and support Cisco Unity Connection, including voicemail configuration and user management
- Configure and maintain IP Telephony systems, including dial plans, route patterns, partitions, and calling search spaces
- Manage and troubleshoot SIP, H.323, and MGCP voice gateways
- Ensure effective implementation of SRST and remote site failover mechanisms
- Monitor system performance and respond promptly to alerts and critical incidents
- Conduct system upgrades, patching, and routine health checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network and infrastructure dependencies
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
