- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Federal Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for one of the largest healthcare providers globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale federal projects and delivering successful EHR deployments. - Determine scope of work for interfaces and other deployment activities.
- Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements.
- Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan.
- Develop and systematically evaluate alternative course of actions to identify solutions if barriers arise.
- Present progress and course of actions to gain consensus from all stakeholders in a timely manner. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
