Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fast-paced, cross-functional program teams to achieve on-time, in-scope delivery of complex initiatives.
- Rapidly assess project situations, identifying issues and opportunities, and quickly develop effective action plans.
- Drive execution with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring that all program milestones and deliverables are met.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels regarding program status, risks, and next steps.
- Foster a culture of ownership, adaptability, and accountability within teams.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of overall experience with 5 years of program management experience delivering complex projects against challenging timelines.
- Proven ability to move with urgency and drive results under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated skill in quickly understanding situations and developing action plans.
- Travel up to 50% to project sites and partner/customer locations as needed.
