US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. - Drive Capital Allocation Reviews (CARs) and secure approvals for incremental capacity
- Track demand signals and deal maturity through structured reporting (e.g., weekly deal tracker)
- Monitor planned vs. actual spend and manage budget burndown to identify risks early
- Develop and manage executive-level investment decks and reporting materials
- Improve prioritization and alignment between demand pipeline and capital allocation
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, and infrastructure teams
Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of program management experience in infrastructure, cloud, or capital-intensive environments
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, and capital governance
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data-driven insights
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs at scale
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
