Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end rack deployment execution, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and QA.
- Lead installation teams and enforce documentation, workmanship, and safety standards.
- Manage logistics, materials flow, and readiness for rapid scaling.
- Track deployment KPIs (velocity, defects, rework) and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational requirements.
