Principal Product Manager Strategic Operations

Job Description

Oracle's Strategy and Operations provide business-critical insights through analytics, drives cross-functional alignment on goals and execution, and advances strategic initiatives that accelerate growth across Oracle's product and partnerships organization.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll work closely with business and product leadership to shape strategy, improve operational rigor, and deliver recommendations that drive measurable outcomes across Oracle's cloud businesses.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or a corporate advisory role.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis
• 2 years working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions at the leadership level.
• 2 years developing business strategies or leading cross-functional initiatives.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience generating insights from large datasets to inform business decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in enterprise software, cloud, or technology sales environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — able to distill complex, ambiguous problems into clear narratives for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate sophisticated business analyses and models into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Design and improve processes, tools, and operating cadences that drive organizational outcomes.
• Develop sales, product, or business strategies that address complex challenges and support incremental growth across Oracle's customer and partner ecosystem.
• Prepare polished presentations and communicate data-backed recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Define actionable roadmaps and align stakeholders across functions to drive successful execution of strategic initiatives.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
