US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing complex, cross- organizational programs that impact both product and business
for Exadata and will have exposure to multiple critical business initiatives.
Specifically:
Own relationship for partner groups and all the Oracle Linux groups.
Run at least three weekly meetings (sometimes daily in crunch mode).
Keep minutes of the meetings and update Confluence pages.
Followup with partner and engineers on solutions.
Expedite releases, builds, testing, etc of requested software.
End to end Facilitate roadmap discussions and keep up to date Plans of Record.
Hand hold partner teams when they are under stress.
Improve processes and make meetings more efficient.
Resolve and explain complex bug dependencies and bugs.
Collaborate with QA, ksplice, Release Engineering for seamless release.
Create stakeholder reports and monitor burn down rate and suggest improvements.
Utilize AI to make meetings and tasks more effective.
Write tools to improve process flows.
Work on Linux kernel code and upstream code.
