We are looking for an experienced QA Lead who works efficiently to deliver functional and automation testing for our customers in the Investment Banking / Capital Markets.
Location: Boston, MA, to work at our Client site.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Define testing strategies, objectives, and project-specific test plans.
- Test Execution: Oversee manual and automated testing processes, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and mentor junior QA team members.
- Defect Management: Track bugs, prioritize issues, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
- Reporting: Analyze metrics and report on test coverage, quality, and project progress to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, improve test automation frameworks, and maintain high standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 8–12 years QA/testing experience with 3–6 years in test leadership/management.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering functional testing and automation for complex, data-heavy enterprise applications.
- Proven capability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies across integrated systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate quality risks into business impact.
- Coordination with various stakeholders
- Good experience with Functional and UAT testing practices.
- Domain expertise in Investment Banking / Capital Markets.
