US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Responsibilities:
The role involves developing solutions for complex AI initiatives at scale for Oracle Databases, including but not limited to:
- Developing and owning the architectural vision for AI agent adoption within Oracle Databases.
- Designing scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Leading architecture and design reviews, proofs of concept, and complex problem-solving initiatives.
- Partnering with engineering teams to ensure architectural integrity, solution quality, and adherence to best practices.
- Establishing, advocating for, and enforcing best practices for system performance, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Providing technical mentorship and thought leadership across engineering teams (no direct people management).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10 years of professional software development experience, with a proven record in system and platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AI, conversational AI, or intelligent automation systems (required).
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Experience with developer platforms, SDKs, or APIs.
- Strong understanding of developer experience principles, including documentation, onboarding, and test environments.
- Solid knowledge of security, authentication/authorization, and API management best practices.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
Salary : $82,500 - $199,500
