We are looking for an experienced IT Support Manager to oversee the operations for our End User Technologies Team. The IT Support Manager will have direct management of the team responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Cerner's 3rd party applications throughout MU Health Care.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $94,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Manage the End User Applications Team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and supervising staff
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including negotiating and renewing contracts
- Manage departmental relationships throughout the health system and ensure everyone is in sync regarding current as well as upcoming projects/priorities
- Assist and manage inter-team relationships throughout the Tiger Institute
- Provide technical support to departments and end-users throughout the health system and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Participate/assist in the Project Intake process for visibility to new and upcoming requests for implementations throughout the health system
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Monitor and manage the End User Applications Team budget
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the performance of the End User Applications team, the status of 3rd Party Applications throughout the health system, as well as updates/resolutions to critical system interruptions as needed.
The requirements of this role are as follows:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a management role preferred
- Ability to work onsite at our facility and be available for after-hours support as needed
- Experience working in a health system/medical setting is preferred
- Experience managing/maintaining applications and end users in an enterprise environment
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, networking, and security
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
