Qualifications
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. 12 years applicable experience preferred. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a strategic advisor and advocate, partnering with senior federal leaders to guide their cloud transformation journeys in line with mission-critical goals.
- Work collaboratively with account teams, technology specialists, and application sales experts to identify, develop, and secure new Oracle Cloud opportunities within the federal space.
- Provide specialized knowledge and insights to help sales teams demonstrate how Oracle solutions meet federal requirements for data management, security, and compliance.
- Take the lead in designing tailored cloud strategies and delivering impactful presentations to executive stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate internal resources, ensuring a seamless process from initial engagement through to the successful closing of new business.
- Represent Oracle at industry conferences and events, building relationships and promoting our cloud solutions to decision-makers in the federal government.
- Educate and train Oracle team members on the latest federal technology trends and Oracle’s ever-evolving solution set.
- Maintain and expand your professional network, keeping pace with federal sector trends and emerging technology needs.
- Deep experience working with U.S. federal agencies, coupled with strong knowledge of market trends, regulatory demands, and compliance requirements.
- Skilled at communicating and positioning complex cloud solutions, especially around data management, security, and compliance in the federal context.
- Solid understanding of federal information systems and the technology that powers core government processes.
- Successful track record in leading or significantly contributing to large-scale technology transformations—preferably involving cloud migrations.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with demonstrated influence at the executive level and a commitment to delivering measurable results.
