Bring your expertise to Oracle’s Government, Defense & Intelligence (GDI) team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in presales support for Federal HR solutions. In this impactful position, you will build and deliver high-quality Oracle presentations and demonstrations, develop deep expertise in and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and Oracle’s future direction, and work in close collaboration with our product development organization. Responsibilities
As a Principal Solution Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Solution Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Solution Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $45.43 to $85.63 per hour; from: $94,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
