o Maintain a consolidated view of country performance, including revenue, profitability, business trends,
risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
o Provide insights and recommendations to support Managing Director decision-making and country
objectives.
o Identify issues, dependencies, and opportunities emerging across organizations that may impact
business performance, customer relationships, or P&L results.
o Drive alignment and collaboration across Applications, Technology, and support organizations.
• Supporting:
o Ensure visibility into key business discussions, decisions, and priorities across the country.
o Facilitate Managing Director engagement in governance forums when executive sponsorship, alignment,
or escalation is required.
o Maintain alignment with LOB Business Advisors on business performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
o Support executive reviews, planning discussions, and leadership presentations.
