Configuration Analyst -Oncology (Hybrid Kansas City, MO office)

We are hiring a Configuration Analyst. This Intermediate Oracle Health Oncology consulting position requires ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices.  This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
• Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders 
• Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
• Complete complex system configurations independently 
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
• Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
• Adopt new process improvements.  Proactively identify and establish new process improvements
• Drive tools development and troubleshooting
• Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed

 

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Oncology product(s). 
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. 
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. 
• Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
