Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and advance cloud opportunities across a diverse portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges and define appropriate Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Design and present cloud architectures, reference solutions, and technical demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
- Support customers through the full lifecycle of cloud adoption, including discovery, architecture design, proof of concept (POC), implementation planning, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance on cloud infrastructure, application modernization, data platforms, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and execute hands-on technical activities, including solution implementation, configuration, automation, and scripting when required.
- Collaborate with internal Oracle teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and accelerate cloud consumption.
- Create reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, solution guides, demonstrations, and technical content.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and a key technical partner for the sales organization.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and/or other leading cloud platforms.
- Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, data platforms, analytics, or AI-related technologies.
- Strong customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent customer engagements.
- English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
