The individual will oversee and implement strategic technical programs across the enterprise to align with business objectives. This role requires deep technical knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to mentor teams, manage complex projects, and influence stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Define and implement program strategies impacting the entire domain. Secure enterprise-wide commitment and address cross-pillar dependencies.
  • Project Management: Direct and oversee the TPMO to ensure programs and projects meet organizational goals and requirements. Develop and implement TPMO processes and policies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build consensus with stakeholders, leaders, and executives. Advise and broker agreement on end-to-end system/solution design of complex systems.
  • Technical Oversight: Validate complex problems through impact analysis. Proactively check for design flaws and recommend alternatives to prevent impacts to customer experiences and business continuity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps/opportunities within or between services, tools, and workflows across the architectural landscape and recommend solutions.
  • Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team. Track team productivity, define prioritization, allocate resources, and hire the right talent.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience managing technical programs.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
  • 11 paid holidays
  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
