Our customers run their businesses on our cloud, and our mission is to provide them with best-in-class compute, storage, networking, database, security, and an ever-expanding set of foundational cloud-based services. We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technology programs across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional program management skills, driving projects from concept to delivery while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications BS in Computer Science, or any relevant technical field 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or software engineering with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects. Strong technical background with experience in software development, system architecture, or infrastructure. Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineers. Expertise in project/program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, MS Project). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and schedules, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of complex technical projects. Collaborate with engineering, product, design, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution across functions. Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and dependencies. Proactively address challenges and roadblocks to minimize impact on timelines. Act as the primary point of contact for program status, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate meetings, reviews, and status reporting. Understand technical architecture and design decisions to effectively communicate with engineers and influence technical trade-offs. Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning to meet program demands and priorities. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed and objectives are met. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
