Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead / Architect
Primary Requirement: Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS
implementations as Technical Lead
Project Start Date - ASAP
Location - Raleigh, NC
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical track for large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS implementations, serving as the primary technical interface between the client, onsite implementation team, and offshore resources.
- Provide end-to-end technical leadership covering solution architecture, integrations, data migration, environments, reporting, testing, and deployment.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle OCI, OIC/Common Integration Framework, APIs, middleware, networking, firewalls, and security architecture.
- Lead technical discussions and POCs for client security reviews, including mobile, AI, and other emerging technologies.
- Drive technical readiness, data validation, integration testing, E2E testing, Payroll Parallel, Time Validation, UAT, and overall implementation testing.
- Own production cutover planning, technical readiness, deployment, and go-live support.
- Mostly remote, with occasional onsite requirements for critical implementation activities.
