Job Title - Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Hybrid Location - Pittsburgh, PA

Duration - 6 months

Requirement

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to design, develop, and support scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience with Oracle HCM technical tools, integrations, reporting technologies, and cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions and integrations.
• Develop and maintain:
  • HCM Extracts
  • BI Publisher Reports
  • OTBI Reports
  • HDL/HSDL data loads
  • Fast Formulas
• Build inbound and outbound integrations using:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • File-based integrations
• Support data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, reports, and interfaces.
• Develop technical design documents, mapping documents, and unit test scripts.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud best practices and organizational standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM technical consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Expertise in:
  • HCM Extracts
  • BI Publisher
  • OTBI
  • HDL/HSDL
  • Fast Formula
  • XML/XSLT
• Experience with:
  • OIC integrations
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Data conversion and migration
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and business processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
