Inside Sales Representative

Open to recent grads, someone with light experience, or someone who wants to go into sales after maybe 1-2 years.

Primary Roles:

• Quoting service jobs and RFQ’s. Primarily done in a premade Excel template, but some in
• proprietary software called CriticalView.
• Sourcing and tracking parts and materials from vendors for RFQs
• Ordering and tracking parts for jobs
• Creating Workorders for jobs in Critical View
• Project management between teammates, field technicians, and customers
• Managing contracts and annual renewals

Secondary Roles:

• Administrative tasks of booking jobs, processing orders, and managing customer information in organized folders (new customer forms, PO’s, quotes, etc)
• Account Management- Answering customer inquiries if needed and working directly with key customers
• Other duties may be assigned or picked up as needed
• Our department alone has grown in revenue to around $10 million this year.
