Job Function : Manufacturing & Operations
SCOPE: The Assembler is responsible for safely assembling parts and subassemblies using blueprint specifications, parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble multiple valve types from prints or work instructions in a safe manner
- Perform leak testing on valve assembly
- Use auto bagging and laser machines
- Extreme manual dexterity working with very small part
- Highest level attention to detail
- Highest level of commitment to quality
- Ability to continuously perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and block out distractions
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 - 2 years assembly experience
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time (8 – 10 hours per day)
