We are looking for a motivated individual to develop and implement growth strategies to achieve revenue goals. Ideal candidates will possess a blend of analytical talent and business acumen, and be team players who can identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as this role involves interaction with shareholders, executives, and clients.
This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory care organizations to expand OpusVi’s footprint in workforce education solutions.
- Conduct market and organizational research to uncover growth opportunities, strategic needs, and stakeholder priorities across enterprise healthcare clients.
- Develop and implement territory/account-specific strategies to generate qualified leads, build a strong sales funnel, and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead outbound and inbound outreach efforts (calls, emails, meetings) to key stakeholders, including CNOs, CHROs, clinical educators, and operational executives.
- Understand clients’ needs and successfully deliver presentations on all OpusVi programs and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent OpusVi at healthcare conferences, association meetings, and industry events, building visibility and identifying new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare performance dashboards, and report regularly on pipeline status, sales metrics, and emerging trends. Provide regular feedback to the SVP, business and workforce development and management on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably targeting hospitals and health systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to travel as needed to attend events and meet with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Google Workspace is preferred
- Passion for healthcare education and making a positive impact in the industry
