A highly respected law firm seeks a Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of litigation experience to join its team representing a wide range of clients, including brokers, agents, appraisers, builders, developers, and lenders, in litigation and regulatory matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a mid-sized environment with less bureaucracy, direct client access, and meaningful courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interview clients and analyze case strategy
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions for summary judgment
- Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution, with direct client contact
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of litigation experience (real estate litigation background a plus, but not required)
- Proficiency in interviewing clients, drafting answers, drafting/responding to discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and produce polished, litigation-ready work product
