ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate with at least 3 years of law firm litigation experience to join their Atlanta office as part of their Global Insurance Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of insurance coverage experience representing policyholders or insurers, coupled with litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and writing skills are essential, along with litigating first and third party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith claims.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues are key.
• Experience with depositions and the ability to handle cases with limited supervision are important, and trial experience is a bonus.
• Excellent academic credentials and admission to the Georgia bar are required.

COMPENSATION

Salary ranges from $165,000 to $180,000 DOE
