We are seeking a high-energy Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team in Philadelphia! This is a direct, in-person role focusing on face-to-face engagement—no remote or call center work.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face presentations to provide product information and close sales
- Handle and resolve customer concerns with a professional demeanor
- Act as the primary brand ambassador for clients in technology
- Document and update customer records based on direct interactions
- Participate in daily in-office training & workshops to stay current on product knowledge
- Follow up on client attained leads
- Account Retention
- Sales Negotiation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- Ability to build rapport with clients in a face-to-face setting
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
