Role Description
This is a contract, fully remote role for a Product Trainer at Opulent Touch. The Product Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for team members, ensuring a high level of proficiency in both product knowledge and service delivery. Other responsibilities include creating engaging presentations, conducting live and virtual training sessions, identifying training needs, and providing feedback to improve team performance. The role requires effective communication with multiple departments to ensure consistency in service standards and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Product Training and Training & Development to ensure team success and service excellence.
- Proven Presentation Skills and ability to lead both in-person and remote training sessions confidently.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with various teams and providing detailed feedback effectively.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate team performance, identify gaps, and improve training effectiveness.
- Prior experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
