Position Overview:
We are looking for an Account/Customer Service Representative to join our sales and marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking growth in a client-facing role with the potential to advance into senior management or director positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Provide advice and support to existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
- New Customer Enrollment: Assist with on-boarding and enrolling new customers, guiding them through the process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Coaching & Training: Mentor new team members, sharing your expertise to help them grow within the company.
- Daily Morning Meetings: Participate in daily meetings to review goals, share updates, and align with the team on strategies and objectives.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately maintain client information and track sales activity.
- Intensive Management Development Program: Participate in a structured development program designed to build the skills necessary for higher-level positions.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required! We provide full training
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel as required
