What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate/Key Holder position at Opulence of Southern Pines?
Job Summary
The sales associate must provide excellent customer service to each customer before, during, and after the sale. The sales associate must understand our customers and the nature of a luxury business. They are expected to know about Opulence of Southern Pines products and services. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, self starter, and extremely professional in appearance. While previous retail experience is appreciated, it is not a requirement.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to work assigned schedule and hours needed.
Reliability and dependability and flexibility a MUST.
Maintain minimum performance standards on a daily basis.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Provide excellent customer service.
Ability to gain product knowledge for all products sold and work independently to gain that knowledge.
Show a great attention to detail.
Be computer savvy and able to work within Microsoft and a POS system.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous retail experience is a plus but not a must.
Working in sales and with a sales team is expected.
