Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time Graphic Design Specialist to support our paid media, lifecycle, and web initiatives. This role is highly execution focused, with a strong emphasis on producing conversion driven creative for paid advertising. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full time role as workload and performance scale. This position is ideal for a designer who understands how creative directly impacts performance and enjoys iterating based on real results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static and motion graphics for paid social advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and related platforms
- Create visual assets for email marketing campaigns, including promotions and lifecycle flows
- Support website creative needs such as landing page graphics, banners, and conversion focused assets
- Adapt and iterate creative based on performance data and testing feedback
- Maintain brand consistency while working across multiple client brands
- Collaborate closely with marketing specialists and performance strategists
- Manage creative files, versions, and handoffs efficiently
- [Bonus] Edit short form video content for paid social and ad placements
- [Bonus] Create basic motion graphics or animated assets
- [Bonus] Assist with UGC style creative adaptations
Requirements
- 2 years of graphic design experience, ideally within eCommerce, paid media, or agency environments
- Portfolio demonstrating paid ad creative, email design, and digital assets
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong understanding of social ad formats and platform best practices
- Ability to design with conversion and performance in mind
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines independently
Nice To Have
- Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and creative testing
- Experience working with sports, fitness, or wellness brands
