A typical day will include print documents / attachments / refund checks from a Microsoft SharePoint site or legacy system. Sorting, and scanning of documents from batches of documents from clients. You will also be responsible on working through returned mail. The day will vary from day to day, depending on what comes in for that day.

This position is full time (40 hour / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

We offer 3 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be during an 8-hour shift between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sorting mail
• Scanning documents
• Printing attachments
• Matching refund backup documents to refund checks
• Printing refund checks
• Mailing refund checks / refund packets with checks
• Working accounts in the billing platform to resolve credit balanced accounts

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Experience with using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work onsite at 8401 Jack Finney Blvd., Greenville, TX
• Ability to work any of our full time (40 hours / week), 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to type at least 40 WPM (words per minute) and use 10 key typing method
• Printing OR Clerical work experience
• Experience in mailroom operations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 - $24.23 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
