Billing Analyst II (Maryland Heights, MO)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading broadband communications company, is seeking a Billing Analyst for an onsite position in their Maryland Heights, Missouri office! In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assisting in development and implementation related to 3rd party billing systems (CSG). The ideal candidate will have great analytical experience, a Type A personality with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills!

Experience of the right candidate:
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience designing and building a billing system from a functional perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze systems for ongoing performance improvements at user and system levels.
- Perform software testing.
- Documentation.
- Provide training when necessary.
