Luxury eyewear store, Optometrix, is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and detail oriented dispensing optician with exceptional customer service and saes skills for a Full Time position.
Outgoing, high touch, customer service and hospitality are required. Prior optical sales, experience working in an Optometrist's office, insurance billing and/or contact lens experience are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- At least 1 year experience working in an optometry office or in eyewear sales with retail customers and patients
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, finesse and efficiency in providing quality care to customers in person, by phone and via email
- Outgoing and informative sales abilities
- Comfortable using and learning digital systems and email
- Assist with general office maintenance and helping to increase effectiveness of operations - providing an extra set of hands whether the project is big or small
- Enjoy working with people, excited about new opportunities and great with time management
