What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optical Technician + Receptionist position at Optometric Vision Experience?
Part Time to full time
Entry level Optometric Technician
Looking for someone who enjoys and wants to help others. Experience not required, will be trained. Job duties as followed:
- Assist the Optometrist by performing vision screening for patients
- Perform testing like retinal photography, OCT and visual fields
- Document exam details
- Sanitize, organize and clean the exam rooms and office after each patient
- Other duties as assigned
Friday and Saturdays only unless would like full time with our other open position .
Entry Level Receptionist
Prime responsibilities: answering phones (with a smile always), triage call, investigate and pull insurances (will train if needed), schedule visits, monitor texts receive and response, faxing, and other administrative tasks.
Organized and warm, friendly person needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
