Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Own global sales forecast accumulation and drive consensus across regional teams
- Coordinate global supply signals and manage inventory risk throughout the product lifecycle
- Monitor and manage 3PL warehouse replenishment to maintain optimal stock positioning
- Support S&OP cycle execution and flag risks before they become problems
- Build business analysis and reporting that connects planning decisions to P&L outcomes
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions — your ideas will actually get implemented
- Partner with Product and Marketing to align supply plans with go-to-market execution
- Support cost control initiatives across procurement, freight, and inventory
- Any other duties assigned by the manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, or a related field
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain — from upstream procurement through downstream fulfillment
- Strong Excel skills; comfort with large datasets and building your own models
- Clear communicator across functions and seniority levels, written and verbal
- Analytical and organized — you enjoy digging into numbers to find the story
- Self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction
- 1–2 years in supply chain, planning, or operations is preferred but not required
