OPTK Networks (“OPTK) is a fiber-based communications provider headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska marketing wholesale and retail data transport services to enterprise customers across Nebraska. With 62 employees and assets in excess of $80M, the organization is well positioned for continued financial and operational success. With a growing client base and a multitude of future business opportunities OPTK is seeking a COO with the operational management experiences, vision, and leadership skills to become an integral part of our leadership team. The COO will have comprehensive operational responsibilities and will report directly to the organization’s Chief Executive Officer.

Our Requirements:

· An accomplished executive with a minimum of five years of communications industry experience.

· A demonstrated ability to successfully lead and supervise day-to-day operations functions.

· A forward-thinking leader focused on successfully leading, planning and managing operational policies, goals and objectives.

· Knowledge of core accounting and finance principles.

· Hands on experience with capital budgeting and planning.

· An individual that is experienced in developing, coaching and sustaining excellent operational support teams.
