- 2 Years of Recent Verifiable Tractor Trailer Driving Experience
- TWIC Required
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or 2 preventable accident in the previous 2 years
- No Felonies, Drug Convictions, Embezzlement or Theft in the last 7 years
- No Sexual or Violent Offenses in the past 20 years or Alcohol related events in the past 10 years
