Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Lead and motivate team members, fostering values, a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during each shift while balancing team members’ availability.
- Oversee vendor relationships, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Handle administrative duties such as assuring accurate usage of the timeclock, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate records and software.
- Support human resources functions including onboarding, training new staff, and assisting with employee development initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication across departments via teams, emails, texts, office management, and calendar oversight.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, manage filing systems, and handle clerical tasks to keep the workspace organized.
- Assist with event planning and special projects that enhance team engagement and operational efficiency.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, calendars, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping/accounting software is preferred.
- Knowledge of vendor management, budgeting, payroll processing, and basic office management practices.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to train staff effectively.
- Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare administrative procedures is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, office operations, multi-communication systems, and calendar management confidently.
- Prior experience in event planning or coordinating special projects is advantageous.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
