Pricing Specialist (Entry Level)

This is a Full Time position working in our Orlando Office. Working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. Please do not apply if you are looking for a remote or hybrid position.

Position Summary

Optivor Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pricing Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position will assist with preparing pricing quotes for existing and prospective customers, working closely with our Sales team, vendors, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer requests.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous pricing or telecommunications experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist with preparing, reviewing, and processing customer pricing requests and quotations based on customer requirements.

· Gather and organize necessary information for quote preparation, including vendor pricing, product specifications, and customer documentation.

· Review vendor quotes to ensure pricing and product information align with customer requirements.

· Work closely with Sales team members and other internal departments to clarify customer needs and prepare accurate, complete quotations.

· Communicate with vendors to request pricing, obtain product information, and follow up on outstanding quotes.

· Assist with tracking customer maintenance renewals, obtaining updated pricing, and coordinating renewal information with Sales, Accounting, and Purchasing departments.

· Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to organize pricing information, compare vendor quotes, and support pricing decisions.

· Maintain accurate customer quotation records, vendor information, and internal pricing databases.

· Monitor assigned pricing requests to ensure deadlines are met and provide timely updates to internal team members.

· Assist with other pricing-related projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

· Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in pricing, purchasing, sales support, or administrative roles is a plus.

· Experience with telecommunications products, or technology-related pricing is preferred but not required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and large amounts of data is important.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable working independently while collaborating with team members across departments.

· Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and industry-specific products.

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
