Role Overview
In this role, you’ll underwrite new and renewal commercial surety business within an assigned territory. You’ll partner with agents, analyze financials, and contribute to profitable growth while continuing to build your expertise.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Evaluate and underwrite new and renewal commercial surety accounts
- Analyze financial statements, credit data, and risk factors
- Operate within established authority and escalate more complex risks as needed
- Maintain underwriting files and support service expectations for partners
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and principals
- Participate in agency visits, prospecting, and industry activities
- Collaborate with team members in a knowledge-sharing environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: ~$63,000 – $108,000 (based on experience and level)
