Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Scheduler at Options Travel Group, located in Spring, TX. The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for organizing and scheduling appointments, handling phone calls with excellent etiquette, providing superior customer service, maintaining schedules, and facilitating communication between clients and the team. Daily tasks include answering and directing calls, confirming appointments, and assisting with customer inquiries.
