About the Assisted Living Supervisor Position:
In this unique human services position, you will be responsible for the day to day oversight, supervision, and accountability for your designated program, The Assisted Living Supervisor will support quality service delivery in accordance with federal and state regulations and the organizations policies and procedures. We would prefer a Minnesota Licensed Assistant Living Director (LALD) for this role, and are willing to mentor someone who is pursuing that licensure.
This position is at our apartment setting in Burnsville MN, a 28 bed facility.
Responsibilities include:
- Program Management and Service Coordination: Monitor programs for individuals served to ensure they support the mission and vision of the organization and are compliant with licensing rules and regulations.
- Person Centered Recovery Planning: Work with all Options Residential, Inc. team members, individual receiving services, the individual's team to develop, maintain, and modify a Person Centered Recovery Plan.
- Employee Management, Training, and Development: Provide management, accountability, training, development, performance expectations, and support to direct reports on how to meet the needs of the persons supported under current licensing requirements and company policies.
- Site Management: Monitor and maintain the physical appearance of the work site according to licensing and safety regulations, and organizational standards. Maintain proper communication with supervisors, the maintenance department, and other assigned individuals to ensure that the site is properly maintained.
Starting Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00 Hourly
Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30 hours per week to be benefits-eligible.
Schedule: Full time 40 hours, flexible schedule based on site needs. A typical schedule would be Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Human Services related field preferred)
- Licensed Assistant Living Director (LALD) or pursuit of LALD in Minnesota preferred, but not required
- Supervisory and training experience in assisted living, direct care, and familiarity with MN 144G licensing requirements strongly preferred
- 3 years' experience delivering direct care services to people with developmental or intellectual disabilities
- Experience in case management
- Person-Centered Thinking training
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Ability to complete a Department of Human Services Background Study
- Valid Driver's license and proof of auto insurance

Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.
