Position Description:
The IDD Coordinator coordinates and provides support to people receiving services from Options and works as part of a team primarily supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Each IDD Coordinator has a small caseload and maintains a flexible work schedule based on the needs of individuals they support Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend hours required. Applicants must have an insured vehicle and a good driving record. Due to on-call responsibilities, applicants must live with-in 30 minutes of Madison or be willing to relocate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized support plans including behavioral support plans
- Hire, train, and supervise direct support staff
- Provide direct support and personal care, as needed
- Convene and run regular household meetings
- Assist people supported to manage personal finances
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of time spent and log notes
- Coordination of medical care
- Work cooperatively with family, friends and other service providers
Compensation and Benefits:
- $52,000 starting salary additional on-call compensation

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver's license, insured car and good driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful clearance of background checks
- One or more years' experience working with adults with IDD
Desired Knowledge/Experience:
- Post-secondary education
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum who have behavioral support/regulation support needs
